How we build your shortlist
A SoftwareMatch score measures fit with your answers. It is not a universal product rating, certification or guarantee.
What influences the score
The current model considers your requested software category, team-size fit, budget flexibility, selected priorities, business type and technical comfort.
How labels are assigned
The highest fit becomes Best overall. Best budget, Best simple and Best advanced are assigned from the same fit results using cost-flexibility, simplicity and advanced-capability signals in the controlled catalog.
Our commercial firewall
Affiliate commission values never enter the score. Products without an active commercial relationship can rank above products with one.
Our evidence boundary
We show only evidence-backed product details from the current catalog and mark when each record was last verified. A reachable source does not prove every feature or commercial term remains current.
